i'm bangkok sick!
i miss my $1+ fried rice, 100 baht ferris wheel, friendly taxi drivers, 5060.

manz..
sch officially starts tmr though i'm so nt ready..
have not realli make up my mind to work n study or watever
shall see how's sch like first
made up my mind to put my studies in front of everything first
hope i can manage my time well enuff..

dar's busy too
with NS's duties, tution, acca

"i wanna paint my room" whine does not work
my parents are still sticking to their "no"till 7th month is over
speaking of which

there's like this er offering? er prayer session?
i dunno e word for it
at e blk next to mine
they are burning those realli big er candles?
n e smell is like making my room smell like sm temple
pony pony me..

its 9.03 now n i'm starving
lazy to go out to get food.
mac delivery does nt interest me.

i'm back from bangkok!
"Bangkok with Love" trip had been a blast
n i'm missing it already...

i LOVE bangkok
everything there is simply cheap cheap cheap
u can get a nice graphic tee at bout $5+ max $10
cropped shorts @ bout $10
slippers @ $2+
n shoes at bout $10
woo hoo!
shopped like crazy..
think dar went crazy e first two days cos we were simply too engrossed in shopping
esp shopping with bloaty n nini
they can really bargain.
e ultimate style came from bloat
" i love bangkok! we love bangkok! i love u! give me more discount!"
well it usually works but sm simply wun budge
another gd one to use is
"its our last day already n we dun haf much left!"
ah haha..
n our hotel is simply worth it man!
for 700 baht per night
its really nt bad.
u get free american breakfast every morn
room service everyday
n their room service is CHEAP
u can get like fried rice for $1+
n its really yummy n filling too!
n thai ppl are realli friendly too
n their taxi is cheap too..
about $3 plus $4 everywhere we go
e only thing i dun get it is tat they worshipped their king like their god
there are posters of their king everywhere
i mean EVERYWHERE
n even @ the airport, they wore like this yellow national tee which i think is printed for the celebration of the king's 60th yr in the ascendsion of the throne

ok here's e itenary..

1st day
we reached the hotel around 4 plus..
called for room service..
we then went pratunam
which is realli near our hotel
they sell stuff like jeans, bags, n tees @ wholesale price
if u buy in bulk..
u can get things realli realli cheap
like jeans for 6 plus each
but pratuname closes earli like around 5 plus 6
then we went suan lum night market
woo.. we bought lots of shorts here
n bloaty is even best frens with the shopkeeper
suan lum is like a ultra super big pasar malam
u can't shop finish in 1 day..
onli bout 3 hours
we had 2 big bags of items already
n its only our first day here
we walked around till we are tired then sat down for a drink
after tat we went to take e ferris wheel
it's crazy inside
we were so busy n excited on taking pictures that we all got hot n bothered
never in my life i;ve sat ferris wheel with my heart thumping so fast
i mean normally ppl relax n enjoy a ferris wheel ride
but we were so busy screaming n taking pictures
haha..
we then continued to walk around suan lum before heading back to the hotel @ bout 1am

2nd day
CHATUCHAK
haha..
chatuchak sells everything
from hand-made handicraft to tee shirts to bags to shoes and even pets
but the pet section is simply heart-wrenching
u see e cute little bunnies all squeezed into 1 cage
n they all only selling for $4 each
n e puppies are soooo cute!
n their faces seemed to write " save me! buy me"
n since Chatuchak is so f***ing hot
i have no idea what is the hesky doing outside
the cage is simply way too small
did not stay at the pet's section long though

suan lum in the night again..

3rd day
back to chatuchak then to MBK
we had A & W!
where the curly fries is realli curly fries
nt like e imitations one which they serve in sg
n i er hehe
"kapok" the mug home
wahaha..
then went back to suan lum for the 3rd night in e row
then to patpong n silom
nothing much there unless u r interested in the famous ping pong show

4th day

tuk tuk. love. friendly taxi drivers. $2 fried rice. roadside stores. bargaining. $2 bacardi. bird nest. pretty ba poks. ugly gers. raw kang kong. lots of bottle water. 50 60s ( our fav shop). poor little cute puppies. strengthened frienship. belts. hot weather. ferris wheel. johnny walker building. doughnuts. handbags. pratunam. milk shakes. jap food. earrings. slippers. suan lum. shoes. walking. dragging feet. fanta. MBK. A & W. love.

i'm ok...
but still darn irritated with myself
yea yea.. i shall stop whining..

went out with dar yesterday
managed to finish buying xy's pressie
we caught e movie "pirates"
its so darn nice! go catch it..
johnny depp is so freaking funni
gogogogo! go watch it!
yeting hao jie sao
haha..

dar went for his class after e movie..
initially he mistook his 3hr class for a 1.5hr one
so i just wondered around town while waiting for him
walked to PS to help mum get her shoes
wanted to get ice milk tea from mos..
i was in e queue n when it was almost my turn
i realised that i only have $1.90 with me
ice milk tea cost AT LEAST $1.95
wth right...
n e queue at e atm was freaking long.
i then decided to go to UOB ( i haf 2 accounts)
had a hard time finding UOB atm..
ok finally got my ice milk tea..
oh oh... while queueing, there was this ger sitting down in mos
i think she's waiting for her food or smthing
wat caught my eye bout her was tat half her butt is showing
i dunno y i get irritated when i see stuff lidat
so eeewww.. showing ur butt crack to everyone..
gross
ok anywayz then there's this sale at M industry
wanted to get a skirt n cropped pants
tmd tmd
XS too small.. M too big n S no stock
so i walked down to the branch at centrepoint..
no stock too
manz..
then i walked all the way to lucky plaza
asking ALL money changers along the way for e exchange rate for thai baht
woo hoo..
found e bestest best rates..

then went down to holland V to buy nasi lemak for dar for his dinner
met up with bloaty in central n acced her for dinner.
was too hungry to wait till dar finished class
went back to town to er sort of surprise dar
but then it did not work out too well
wun be seeing him for e weekend.
*whines*

wellz.. off to bath
meeting nini laterz..

dar bought ai xin breakfast for me yest
he called me at like 8,45am n asked me to open my door
i wasn't like fully awake n still in blur blur mood
but i had to admit it was indeed a ultra super nicer feeling
waking up first thing in e mornin n seeing tat special smone
sweet right?
haha
dun be jealous...

met up with michelle in town
we walked aroud window shopping
after which met up with jeanette for lunch.
then e 3 of us went kbox..
met up with ernest n dar then headed for newton for dinner
dinner was great!
we were supposed to cab back to e hotel
there were NO cabs..
we waited for close to an hour
we walked while waiting for e cabs
but then in e end
we ended walking to town
we took e ultra super long route..
spent close to 2 hours before reaching e hotel
all of us were ultra super sweaty n smelly

after bathing, we started playing games
cluedo..twister..poker cards etc..
danny, erny n dar started drinking
shots after shots
erny n dar got realli high n scary
ok dun wanna disclose further details.

was ultra super tired when i reached home in e afternoon
slept e whole SATURDAY afternoon away
wat a waste of time

lots of things coming up..
with bangkok trip to look forward to..
lots of other events in jul
n TP's jus around e corner...

went to sentosa with dar, mich, han nee, xinyu, foo kin,tong n erny on sun
e sun was SCORCHING
walking on e sand is like walking on red hot charcoal
played volleyball
then i realised i dun realli like volleyball
cos it realli hurts when i hit e ball
e day was fun..
we played e luge..
man it was damn cool..
if onli e route was longer or smthing..
sentosa realli changed alot..
or maybe we haven been to sentosa for quite sm time?
hehe..
dar left after dinner cos he had to return e cam to his bro
foo kin left with him
e rest of us went to KM8 to chill
its this bar/pub at tanjong beach..
tong n erny were e gentlemen of e day!
they offered to carry e ice box n picnic basket around all day..
dar met me at harbour front n brought me home..

supposedly to go celebrate danny's birthday today
but was feeling giddy in e afternoon
practically slept thru e whole day..
mich n erny had been trying to contact me e whole day too
